EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT Keter brings custom specifications to each property refined through the purchase of thousands of compactors. Keter utilizes only prequalified manufacturers that produce equipment proven to stand the test of time.
AUDIT The experience of the Keter model provides for the tightest controls in the industry to ensure each expense and revenue are charged or credited at the exact deal terms negotiated with each hauler.
BIDDING The goal of each bid will be to reduce operating costs, increase recycling, and procure favorable rebates on commodities. Keter utilizes its national database of commercial service providers to bid centers based on an agreed upon enhancement plan.
REPORTING Keter utilizes our proprietary Etrac software to track and report activity on a real time basis. Etrac contains a customer portal providing access to reporting, dashboards, and other key performance indicators.
