STAMFORD, Conn.—February 15, 2023.—Keter Environmental Services (“Keter” or the “Company”), a recycling and waste management company focused on providing data-driven waste program solutions, has announced the appointment of Kevin Dice as Chief Executive Officer.

Together, we look forward to accelerating our mission of serving our customers better than anyone in the industry.” Steven Schlussel, who founded Keter in 2011 and served as the Company’s CEO and President, will maintain his seat on the Board of Directors and continue to serve as President, focusing on client relationships and growing the Company’s customer base.
Mr. Dice joins Keter from Iron Mountain, where he has served in various leadership roles over the past 17 years. At Iron Mountain, he was Vice President of Industrial Engineering, Senior Vice President of the Northeast Region, a $500 million business, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Global Digital Operations, a $400 million business.

Mr. Dice began his career as an officer in the US Army, serving on active duty for 11 years. His assignments included staff positions, two company commands in the 82nd Airborne Division, and as an assistant professor in the Department of Systems Engineering at West Point. After leaving the Army, he worked for Winstar Communications in technology development and KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint as an engagement manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Long Island University.
Mr. Dice joins as CEO at a time of considerable momentum for Keter. With support from TPG and following a significant investment from TPG Growth, the firm’s middle market and growth equity platform, Keter has acquired M-PASS Environmental and Link International, two independent waste and recycling solutions companies.
